Tomato Stuffed with Crab Meat
Scald tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them. After about 30 seconds dip tomatoes in ice water; peel. Chill thoroughly. Slice off tops of tomatoes; cut out centers.
In small bowl, combine crab meat, celery, and mayonnaise. Fill each tomato with 1/4 of the mixture. Serve on lettuce leaf. Makes 4 servings.
